Proud Gunner

Hey all,

This is my first blog and what better way to start it with a post bout my fav team? There is no marks for guessing wt my fav team’s name is. Its written all over my blog. The most exuberant team in the whole of the premier league. The avg age (22) of the team says it all. Only the “captain”, brings up this avg, at 33.So with a nice blend of youth and aggression, the Gunners are opponent’s nightmares. The way they play their game is a treat to watch..

The actual captain I’d say is “the wonder kid” Mr.Fabregas. He is the most inspirational person you’ll ever find in the pitch. Its actually he who inspires the players and not Gallas. Gallas is a good defender, but not a good captain, and will never be a good leader at all. The mid fielders are probably one of the most under rated lot of all. The talent that lamini, Hleb, Fab and Diabby possess is incomparable. But none of them is as confident, as a man who has their skills. Eduardo, Walcott, and Adebayor can also form an interesting combination up front. There is also he ever dependable Toure, Sagna and Clichy, who take care of the defense.

I’d say my team was unlucky this season to have not been in contention in both the Premier League and Champ’s. I’d never say that they played poor soccer. But there were many incidents, and decisions that went against them when it should have been the other way round. Hopefully, they regain their form and fitness in time for the next season. And if they play to their full potential, I think they can emulate the club record of going unbeaten thru out the season.
